This is the section of the southcoast where I most comonly Windsurf. There is a huge variety of different sailing styles available in this area from Formula or Speed Sailing on flat water to bump and jump or wave sailing. I mostly sail on the solent, the area between the main land and the Isle of Wight, but occasionaly venture further afield.
